Rebecca L. Lubas is director of cataloging and discovery services at the University of New Mexico Libraries, Albuquerque, NM, where she coordinates a group of catalogers working in many formats. Lubas was president of the Online Audiovisual Catalogers in 2005 and was a featured speaker at Library Week in Kosovo in 2006.
